We aim to get all orders placed before 2pm shipped on a next day service. This ultimately depends on the physical size and weight of your order. Some of the larger sized items need to be shipped on an economy service which takes longer, we will contact you to confirm an estimated delivery date proir to despatch.
Whilst we try our best to make sure your orders arrive on the next working day, please appreciate we cannot guarantee it. There are occasions when our couriers are unable to deliver within the timescale due to workloads.
We deliver to UK customers only, for some areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and non mainland areas delivery charges are more expensive, again this is down to the courier.
Some orders over 30kg are classed as a Pallet Service which will give you a curb side delivery, please make sure you have the means to accept these heavy deliveries.
Please check your order before signing for it, if it is damaged you must note it on the delivery acceptance note, also if possible take a photograph of the damage. Inform us as soon as possible either by calling 01244 259 133 or email email@example.com.
All delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process. You can arrange for your own delivery, choose 'Collect from Trade Counter' during checkout and just let us know that a third party will be collecting on your behalf, we cannot be held responsible for the items once they have left our premises.
Should you change your mind after purchasing a product, then get in touch with us to arrange return of the item. If the item is proven to be faulty we will pay for the return postage. If you change your mind about the product you can still return it within 30 days of purchase but return postage will be at your own cost.
Refunds will be processed once we have recieved the item(s), if the item is proven to be faulty your refund will include the original delivery cost, if the item is returned for any other reason the customer will pay for the return postage.
Please note, if you are returning a hazardous item such as a product that contains a battery you must declare this to the courier and label the package accordingly.
Handling charges may apply on some products to cover excess delivery charges. All returned items must be undamaged and in their original condition, we are unable to accept returned items that have been opened or items that we are unable to repackage and sell.
Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. If you order an item from us based on product description or specification which proves to be erroneous we will offer you a choice of either a full refund of the item or an alternative item that meets your requirements if available and arrange for collection of the unwanted item on a specified day. If you choose to have an alternative item we will either refund or charge the difference in price.
